土 Soil related letters

土(tsuchi) is soil.

士(shi, or samurai) is soldier. this letter is resemble to 土(pronounce is do, means soil). so be careful. Under bars are different each other.

土星(pronounce as dosei)(soil, star)means Saturn.

土曜, This is Saturday. I think Saturn is made by gas, but please don’t care.

Slope. Japanese Idol group 欅 坂 and 乃木 坂(Nogi saka)’s last letter is it.

The west mega city 大阪(Osaka) was different letter. but until middle age 大阪 was 大坂.
Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka is also latter 大坂.

地域(chi iki)

District or area. 地 is ground, 域 means district or territory like that.

Castle. Right part 成, which means become.

Japanese castle use more soil than European’s to build. So, soil becomes castle.

Block, chunk, or mass

Right part is Asian demon or ghost.

So, mud ghost means block.
It’s like golem..

The upper part 黒 is black.
Not chernozem, this is ink.
